Customer Services Coordinator/Scheduler
Small contracting company seeks candidates with great customer skills to answer phones and schedule customer appointments with technicians and related services. You will also be responsible for office administration, invoice preparation, creating Excel spreadsheets, writing thank you notes to customers, and working on special projects.
This is a regular, full-time position with some benefits, the work hours are M-F 8 AM to 5 PM at exit 35 off of Route 77. Paid overtime is occasional when there are customer issues late in the day. You’ll be working with the owner who is very nice.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, good computer skills using MS Office (Word and Excel). You must be great with customers and work well with your co-workers.
